Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@ostenhealthcare.com.
A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 3 working days. - Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, subject to the Refund Policy.
- A processing fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations made 6 days or more before the Training Course Date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the Training Course Date, although substitutions may be permitted.
- Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend a Training Course Date without prior notice of cancellation or reschedule.
- Refunds will be made on to the original mode of payments.
